These Participant Eligibility Requirements (“Requirements”) set out our requirements with respect to you, the Participant in the United Arab Emirates (the “UAE”).

Please read and review these Requirements along with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Player Safety Policy, and any other documents which form part of our documentation (the “Documentation”) before using our Website. By using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Requirements and our Documentation. For clarity, by accepting the Terms and Conditions, you confirm your eligibility to participate in the promotional play as set out under these requirements. Your continued use of our Website signifies that you accept any updates made to these Requirements. If you do not agree with any part of these Requirements, please do not use our Website.

For the avoidance of doubt, by using our Website you are neither placing bets nor making wagers. Our Games are strictly promotional and social in nature where there is no requirement to either pay for or purchase anything to take part in the Game. We do not offer any commercial games or lottery products.

We maintain a Know Your Customer (“KYC”) program to determine Participant risk profiles. As part of our ongoing monitoring requirements, we may request information from you to keep client information up to date. The frequency at which information is requested will vary depending on our risk assessment of individuals.

You are only permitted to use our Website as a User if you satisfy and meet the following criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
2. You are a UAE resident or a visitor who is authorised to enter into promotional play in the country of your residence.
3. You are not:

1. a citizen or ordinarily resident of any of the following countries or regions: Iran, Cuba, North Korea (DPRK), Russia, Crimea (Region of Ukraine), Syria, Sudan, Belarus, Myanmar (Burma), Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Mali, Central African Republic, Yemen, Libya, or Somalia;
2. listed under any applicable export control, trade, economic, or financial sanctions laws, including those administered or published by the United Nations Security Council, European Union, U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or HM Treasury (HMT); or
3. an ordinary resident of, or a citizen of, any sanctioned, embargoed, or high-risk country, and are not included on any global list of high-risk or sanctioned individuals, including politically exposed persons (PEPs), heads of international organizations, or their family members or close associates, as determined under the applicable laws of the UAE or your country of residence.

4. The payment method that you use must match your legal name under which you registered your account. All transactions must be initiated by you under your legal name.
5. You must not already have an Account. Opening multiple Accounts may lead to the termination of all your Accounts.
6. You must not have previously had an Account that has been terminated by Us due to your contravention of the Documentation.
7. You are physically present in UAE to access the Website and use our Services.
8. You have valid government-issued identification to confirm your eligibility to participate. Acceptable forms of government-issued identification are determined by our third-party verification provider and may include, among others, a valid Emirates ID, passport, or driver’s license, that displays your address.
9. You have been verified under Our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) program.
10. You provide all requested payout details, including all requested KYC documents at the time of requested Prize redemptions.
11. You provide all information or documentation requested to complete verification through our KYC team.
12. You are not one of our employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of our Games and their immediate family and household members.
